Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing gelato from La Gelatessa. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Order Collection
Due to limited storage space, it is essential that collection is taken on the allocated day specified at the time of purchase. Failure to collect your order on the designated day may mean your order cannot be guaranteed on time, and we reserve the right to dispose of uncollected orders without refund.
2. Transportation and Storage
Non-insulated tubs will be provided for your gelato order. It is the customer’s responsibility to transport and store the gelato in a regular freezer as soon as possible to ensure the quality and integrity of the product is maintained. We strongly recommend that customers bring a suitable cool bag or freezer bag at the time of collection to preserve the gelato during transit.
3. Care and Serving Instructions
Care and serving instructions will be provided to all customers upon collection of their order. Please follow these instructions carefully to enjoy your gelato at its best quality.
4. Allergen Information
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that our gelato is prepared and stored in an environment where allergens (such as nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and others) are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our gelato is completely free from traces of these allergens.
If you have a severe food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your specific needs. Customers with allergies consume our products at their own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any deterioration in product quality resulting from improper transportation or storage by the customer after collection.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
